How to Order/Where to ship items

Once you decide which service you would like, upon adding item to card include note of what artwork you would like or include a email address we can contact you at.

Optional you can email: serviced@servicedby-e.com and we can invoice you when we discuss artwork and which item you would like artwork to be painted on.

A member of our team will get back to you the soonest.

What type of paint is being used?

We only use acrylic paint for all custom pieces. 

How long does each piece take to paint and have shipped back?

For larger items such as backpacks, duffle's, & luggage it would take 5-10 business days. 

How durable does the paint last?

All items are coated twice with a clear sealer, either gloss or matte depending on preference of customer. Each item will come with a  care card specifically for that exact piece. 

What companies do we ship with and do you do international order?

We ship domestic and international with FedEx, UPS & DHL.
